Her passion was realized more than 6 years ago when she started working with patients affected with cancer. A personalized approach with every person acheived greater results and, in turn, a better quality of living.
Numerous articles have been published in her name and she is an expert public speaker, not only in the area of cancer and nutrition, but also in healthy living for all. Working with numerous chefs, Tejal has created multiple nutrition classes that helped to combine the theory of eating well with the practice in your own kitchen.
Tejal is a wife and a mother of two young children. She loves to stay active and trains at a local Crossfit facility in Orlando. Her youngest son was born with swallowing difficulties and has a feeding tube which will soon be a distant memory as he continues to make huge improvements.
